<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a road from which a line does not erase and provide safety and favorable environment of the road by embedding and applying the line because a snowplow scrapes the line and the line is removed because of deformation of the road surface and recess of grooves. <P>SOLUTION: A position where a pavement material (8) surface is embedded (10) in a line dimension is cut. A paint of the line specified on the cutting face is embedded. The line embedded in the height of the road face (7) is provided. A complicated line such as a crossing pedestrian way or the like is embedded by the line to eliminate the gap between the load face and the embedded line.
