<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fluorine-containing polymer having a monomer unit prepared by subjecting a fluorine-containing diene compound to cyclic polymerization. <P>SOLUTION: The fluorine-containing polymer has the monomer unit obtained by subjecting a fluorine-containing diene compound represented by formula (3) CF<SB>2</SB>=CFCF<SB>2</SB>-C(CF<SB>3</SB>)(R<SP>5</SP>)-CH<SB>2</SB>CH=CH<SB>2</SB>(R<SP>5</SP>is a hydroxy group blocked by a CHR<SP>7</SP>-O-R<SP>8</SP>or an organic group containing the hydroxy group; R<SP>8</SP>is a cycloalkyl group containing an acidic group-containing organic group, an organic group containing one or more of the acidic group-containing cycloalkyl groups, a bicycloalkyl group containing an acidic group-containing organic group, an organic group containing one more of the the acidic group-containing bicycloalkyl groups or a tetracycloalkyl group containing an acidic group-containing organic group or an organic group containing one or more of the acidic group-containing tetracycloalkyl groups) to cyclic polymerization. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
