<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support a user in an aspect of the 'thinking' work before 'writing' work of a document. <P>SOLUTION: Information (such as use of the document or an item necessary for creation) related to the document to be created by a template and information about various entry model sentences suitable for the document are correlated to the template for creating a standardized document. The document information and the model sentence information are displayed in a knowledge window 403 opened differently from a document window 402 displaying a body of the template. By only sequentially moving a cursor to a proper position inside the body and selecting/inserting a proper model sentence inside the knowledge window 403, a skeleton of the document can be easily built. Because the model sentence characteristic to the document created by a certain template can be directly retrieved from the template, a possibility that a necessary model sentence can be found in a necessary aspect is extremely strong, and it is not necessary to devise a sentence from the start. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
