<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a very precise clock frequency for an application requiring an accurate long-term frequency in spite of allowing a small degree jitter. <P>SOLUTION: A digital circuit allows the small degree jitter, for example, such as a video clock for a laser printer but generates the very precise clock frequency for the application requiring the accurate long-term frequency. Some jitters of a subpixel are received but an entire pixel rate remains accurate and definite. In a certain application, the jitter is sometimes desirable for making an EMI spectrum unclear. For example, when an input clock of a high-frequency is modulated, an edge of the video clock is also modulated while it is still within specifications of the jitter and the frequency. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
