<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To download an inquiry call smoothly to an operator telephone. <P>SOLUTION: The telephone downloading system (101) comprises a telephone conversation controller (12) receiving an incoming signal imparted with source information concerning a source telephone (10) therefrom, and a plurality of operator telephones (13) connected communicably with the telephone conversation controllers and associated with source information different from one another. The conversation controller (12) holds telephone identification information for identifying the operator telephones corresponding to the source information different from one another.
