PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content advertisement distribution system which can efficiently distribute information. SOLUTION: The number of vehicles which have transmitted positional information from a prescribed area is counted by an access totalization part 34, and a content extraction part 32 compares the counted number of vehicles with distribution conditions set to advertisements, extracts advertisements meeting distribution conditions as distribution object advertisements from a database 33, and transmits them to a navigation device 2 when the advertisements meeting distribution conditions are present. Thus advertisements are efficiently distributed in accordance with the number of vehicles within the prescribed area by distributing advertisements only in the case of concentration of vehicles in a certain prescribed period, or the like.
