PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin film laminated metal sheet having a resin film laminated thereto as the uppermost surface layer and still more improved in press processability (the lubricity of the resin film) and decladding properties than before. SOLUTION: In the resin film laminated metal sheet, an acrylic resin is added to the resin applied to a metal sheet along with a carboxyl group-containing modified polyolefin resin and the degree of neutralization of the carboxyl group in the modified polyolefin resin is prescribed in addition to the average molecular weight of the modified polyolefin resin.
