PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the linkage of reproduced information easy to be understood at reproducing resuming time of a DVD in a DVD reproducer which temporarily stops reproducing of the DVD during running of a vehicle. SOLUTION: In the DVD reproducer for reproducing a video, and a voice read from the DVD and via a display unit 2 and a speaker 3, the running state of the vehicle is decided by a running state decision unit 14. When the vehicle is transferred from the stop to the running state, a DVD reproduction controller 15 temporarily stops the video reproduction of the DVD and resumes the reproducing after the DVD is returned for a predetermined time when the vehicle is next stopped.
