PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an aperture from occurring along an opening around a display part approximately at the center of a decorative panel on a main body to eliminate a problem of rattling and an influence on the appearance in portable electronic apparatus which has the decorative panel detachable, having the opening corresponding to the display part of the main body. SOLUTION: The main body 2 having the display part 203 approximately at the longitudinal center and the decorative panel 26 having the opening 261 corresponding to the display part 203 approximately at the longitudinal center are coupled with each other detachably at both longitudinal ends, and they are further coupled detachably on both sides of the display part 203 and the opening 261. Since thus an aperture does not occur along the opening 261 of the decorative panel 26 around the display part 203 of the main body 2, the portable electronic device is free from the problem of rattling due to the aperture of the panel 26 and has a good appearance.
