PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated electronic component with which a circuit board and an apparatus can be miniaturized. SOLUTION: The laminated electronic component (1) is formed in such a way that a plurality of unit boards (2) are laminated to configure at least two functional elements (LPF1, LPF2), input/output terminals (3a, 3b, 3e, 3f) of each of the functional elements are led out to corresponding positions of a facing side of the substrate and connected to common terminals (5a, 5b, 5e, 5f) extending across each layer. In this component (1), wiring regions (121, 131, 132, 141, 142; 31, 32, 41, 42, 51) of each of the functional elements (LPF1, LPF2) are formed so as to be spaced by at least board thickness from the common terminals (5e, 5f; 5a, 5b) of the other functional elements (LPF2, LPF1) in a surface direction.
