摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for correcting temperature characteristics without any deterioration in spectrum. SOLUTION: An amplitude constituent and a phase constituent in a modulation signal are inputted to a high-frequency input terminal and a power supply terminal in a high-frequency power amplifier 305, respectively, and a modulated wave from the output of the high-frequency power amplifier 305 is obtained. The output of the high-frequency power amplifier 305 is detected at an output detection section 309, correction data to a detection voltage that is the closest to the detection voltage in a correction data table 311 measured by various temperature environments in advance for storage are selected by a selector 310, and the amplitude and phase constituents are corrected by a phase amplitude correction means 303, thus achieving EER operation without any spectrum deterioration.
