PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive, light-weight and good design wave absorption wood board having a good wave absorption property and a wave absorber using the board. SOLUTION: This wave absorption wood board is fabricated by mixing and scattering the wooden chips, conductive fibers and binders, then molding them into a plate, where wood flours and chips are used as wooden chip 2, resin adhesives are used as binders, carbon fibers or stainless fibers with a diameter of 5 to 30μm and a length of 3 to 30mm are used as conductive fibre 3.
