PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an autoantigen screening method. SOLUTION: The autoantigen screening method includes a process of purifying antibodies, each being derived from a normal person and a patient; a process of acquiring both a column filled with a normal antibody and a column filled with antibody of the patient by fixing the purified antibodies of the person and the patient in different columns; a process of acquiring a sample; a process of passing the sample through the column filled with the normal antibody; a process of passing the sample passed through the column filled with normal antibody through the column filled with the antibody of the patient; a process of discharging an antigen held in the column, filled with the antibody of the patient; and a process of identifying the antigen, acquired and purified from the column, filled with the antibody of the patient.
