PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To install a crack inducing joint plate in a predetermined position of earth floor concrete or the like so as not to cause the deviation of the passing-through alignment. SOLUTION: The joint plate 11 with a height lower than the thickness of a concrete layer placed on a foundation surface 1 is adjusted in height so that the upper end coincides with the surface 6a of the concrete layer, by a spacer 3 interposed between the joint plate 11 and the foundation surface 1, and the position is held by a support member 14 fixed to an anchor 4 by welding. The joint plate 11 serves as a sheathing plate in placing concrete and partitions a concrete placing part, and construction is carried out so that a part of placed concrete is forced out of a clearance 7 part at the lower end of the joint plate 11 into an adjoining section.
