PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate bending and torsional working on a job site for installation of a rail by using a steel bar or a flat steel bar, molded in a wavy shape, as a lattice material, so as to increase vertical rigidity of the rail, decrease horizontal rigidity thereof and reduce its weight. SOLUTION: In order to increase the vertical rigidity of the rail, decrease the horizontal rigidity thereof, to enable weight reduction and to facilitate working, the wavily molded steel bar 7a or the wavily molded flat steel bar is welded to an upper flat steel bar 6a and a lower flat steel bar 6b; the top surface and undersurface of the flat steel bar are held by a driving wheel 10 and a roller 11a provided in the vicinity; a side surface of the flat steel bar is regulated by a flange part of the driving wheel 10 and that of the roller 11a provided in the vicinity; and the steel bar 7a or the flat steel bar, which is formed in the wavy shape between the flat steel bars 6a and 6b vertically arranged in parallel, is prevented from hindering the passage of the driving wheel and the roller.
