PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and firmly fix a mesh form member to a post member disposed in a concrete skeleton in constructing the concrete skeleton using the mesh form member. SOLUTION: The concrete skeleton integral with the mesh form member 1 is constructed by placing a concrete material on the steel mesh form member 1 having mesh and supported and framed in the surface layer position of the concrete skeleton. At this time, the mesh form member 1 is fixed to the post member such as a reinforcing member 4, an angle member or a truss frame arranged within the concrete skeleton, by a fixing means 5 interposing a rib part 3 formed at the mesh form member 1. A clip fastener used in this fixing is provided with a center locking part 6 driven into the rib part 3 of the mesh form member 1 from the outside so as to be fittingly fixed to the reinforcing member 4 used as the post member arranged inside, and a holding piece part 8 having a fitting cutout part 7 extended in bifurcated shape from the center locking part 6.
