PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To outstandingly enhance productivity and yield of a product by rolling all magnetic tapes or the like cut from a magnetic tape rolled web, on a hub of a shipping cassette with good wound appearance. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing device for the pancake, a plurality of tapes 1 cut by a cutting device are rolled on a plurality of hubs 2 of a rolling part through a tape feed part respectively. In the rolling part, the number of hubs corresponding to the number of cut tapes are pivotally supported to the same driving shaft 68 with a predetermined gap and the rolling part can be rotated/driven. The tape feed part is provided with a beam-like tape feed mechanism support member arranged in parallel to the driving shaft and having both ends supported to a device body; and the number of tape feed mechanisms corresponding to the number of cut tapes. Each of the tape feed mechanisms is fixed to the tape feed mechanism support member with a predetermined gap and can be adjusted such that an axis of the driving shaft and an axis of the tape feed mechanism support member are crossed at a crossing angle of 0.02-1.0°.
