PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To record an image obtained by appropriately photographing an operation condition in which an accident may happen or an operation condition before or after an accident when the accident has happened. SOLUTION: The operation condition of a vehicle is always photographed by a photographing means 2 and image data are stored in a first storage means 3. A record control means stored in a program storage area 5 detects a trigger on the basis of acceleration data outputted by an acceleration detection means 1, the image data stored in the first storage means 3 are read within a specified period of time before or after the trigger detection, and stored in a second storage means 4.
