The invention relates to a method for controlling a temperature for regenerating a particle filter for an injection engine supplied with fuel by a turbine consisting in carrying out instructions (Kef, Ktam) and measures (Mef, MTam) for the filter input temperature upstream from the turbine and the variable of an action (VA1) affecting one or several injection parameters in such a way that the divergence between the instruction and the measure is reduced. The inventive method substentially consists in controlling a temperature upstream from the turbine and at the input of the filter in order to develop the action variable.
