PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly perform data transmission as a whole and to reduce loads on operating environments.

SOLUTION: In a network system for ordering a print server 1100 printing from a client PC 1000 via a network such as the Internet, the client PC 1000 can partially transmit data to be transmitted to the print server 1100 in a time specification mode or a mode for specifying an amount of transmission. When the transmission is interrupted, data which have not been transmitted yet are transmitted in response to an instruction of a user.
