<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily confirm the presence or the absence of execution of red-eye correction and the result of execution of the "red-eye" correction. <P>SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus has an imaging element (111) for acquiring an image of an object as an image signal, a stroboscope (121) for illuminating the object, a selection means (135 in Fig. 5) for selecting, before photographing whether processing of red-eye correction is applied to the object image to be acquired by the imaging element, red-eye correcting means (133, 134) for applying processing of red-eye correction on the object image, in response to a result of selection by the selection means, and a display means (137 in Fig. 10) for displaying the result of processing of red-eye correction together with the object image photographed by the imaging element and the object image processed by the red-eye correcting means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
