<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide nonviscous bun with bean-jam filling having soft palate feeling, and soft and deliciously eatable even if getting cold, and to provide a method for producing the bun. <P>SOLUTION: This method for producing the bun with bean-jam filling comprises formulating as the raw material, wheat flour, saccharides and soymilk with α-amylase and/or glucoamylase, mixing the product followed by forming and steaming. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
