<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic money charge device for executing processing which is not the object of charging at the time of charging an IC card owned by a user once with a predetermined sum or more by using cash. <P>SOLUTION: This electronic money charging device is characterized by providing an input screen display means for displaying a screen to select a charging method and to input a charge sum at the time of charging an IC card owned by a user with cash in a batch, a charging decision means for deciding whether or not a charge sum inputted from the display screen by the input screen display means is the target of charging, a procedure guiding means for, when it is decided that the charge sum is the target of charging by the charging deciding means, urging the user to input the charge sum by displaying the processing procedure as a message in order to set the charge sum which is the predetermined sum or less and a receipt outputting means for outputting a receipt according to the charge sum inputted by the procedure guidance means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
