<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tester and an inspection device equipped with the tester capable of executing both internal inspection and external inspection of agricultural produce, and suppressing device cost increase to the utmost. <P>SOLUTION: In the body 30, a region on an insertion passage 29 is divided into two front-and-back parts by a shielding partition wall 35, and an external inspection part 41 is arranged on the inlet side of the body 30, and an internal inspection part 42 is arranged on the outlet side of the body 30.
