AIR CONDITIONER, AND CONTROL METHOD AND CONTROL PROGRAM FOR AIR CONDITIONER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner capable of carrying out filter cleaning more easily and safely.

SOLUTION: The air conditioner has a suction grille 37 mounted with the filter for air cleaning in a bottom face. In first and second units supporting the suction grille 37 by suspension strings 50, and used as vertically moving means for vertically moving the suction grille 37 by paying out or rewinding the suspension strings 50, when housing the suction grille, if one end in a width direction of the suction grille 37 does not abut on an air conditioner body 1a during passage of a predetermined time from abutting of another end, the suspension strings 50 are paid out to lower the other end abutting on the air conditioner body 1a for a predetermined distance.
