<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control hunting of gear ratio control of an automatic transmission when controlling travelling state by adjusting a throttle opening. <P>SOLUTION: By estimating a first throttle opening required to obtain target driving torque in present gear ratio, a first gear ratio from the first throttle opening and driving speed, a second throttle opening required to obtain target driving torque in the first gear ratio and a second gear ratio from the second throttle opening and driving speed, if the present gear ratio is different from the first gear ration and equal to the second gear ratio, the throttle opening is limited so as to prevent the present gear ratio from being changed to the first gear ratio. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
