<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic charge projector circuit and a circuit module using the same which obtains a sufficient attenuation at a desired frequency and has a high electrostatic charge protection effect and a little power loss. <P>SOLUTION: The protector circuit has a first terminal (11) connectable to an antenna, a second terminal (12) connectable to a latter-stage circuit (20), a high-pass filter circuit (13) connected between the first and second terminals, and a serial resonance circuit (14) connected between the ground and any node between the first and second terminals.
