PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foamed tubular product which is light in weight, simple in production process, economically advantageous, and excellent in mounting properties, absorbs sound, and insulates heat and a method for producing the product. SOLUTION: The product is made of a sheet material 11 containing a foamed synthetic resin as a main component and has a shape with a prescribed product shape expanded in the tube direction by vacuum forming. An expanded object 20 having joined collar parts 22 and 23 integrally in the end parts on both sides in the tube direction is joined integrally in the joined collar parts and formed in a prescribed product shape.
