PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the easy replacement of a battery held by a substrate covered by a cover. SOLUTION: The cover 5 for covering the substrate 3 formed with a battery holding section 41 for holding a replaceable battery 4 has such a structure that a cutout 6 large enough to allow the mounting and demounting of the battery is formed at a position corresponding to the battery holder. Especially when the substrate is arranged nearly vertically, a fall preventing guide 62 is formed at least in a lower edge of the cutout in order to prevent a removed battery from falling between the cover and the substrate.
