PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a file writing system and method with high operating efficiency in the manufacturing process of equipment having a network interface. SOLUTION: This file writing system is provided with a file writing device for preliminarily storing a plurality of kinds of file data and a plurality of pieces of equipment mounted with a network interface for simultaneously writing file data corresponding to the storage means provided to each of the pieces of equipment whose whole part or partial part is blank. The file writing device is provided with a file distributing means for distributing the stored file information to all the pieces of equipment, and for distributing file data corresponding to the response of each of the pieces of equipment, and each of the pieces of equipment is provided with a file storage control means for confirming the presence/absence of a necessary file from the storage file information, and for making the storage means store the file data received from the file writing device.
