PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a design support system which has a knowledge database aiming at color correction taking consideration of harmony between objects, and can offer support information. SOLUTION: The design support system is provided with a design support device 12 which outputs color image data based on inputted image data, and a knowledge database 60 which stores a color adjustment rule of an object in a location where the object is arranged and color adjustment recommendation solution for each object. The design support device is equipped with; an image feature data acquisition section 42 which extracts the position coordinate and feature data from image data for each object; a harmony correction selection section 43 which selects harmony correction; an object discrimination section 45 which discriminates the object when the harmony correction is selected; and a color adjustment section 46 which outputs color adjustment recommendation solution which takes harmony between objects into consideration based on the knowledge database for each object discriminated by the object discrimination section.
