PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner which ensures less unevenness in shape among toner particles, has excellent mechanical stability in toner particles, and is environmentally friendly because crumble (resolvent) of toner particles is hardly produced even in a manufacturing process such as a classification process. SOLUTION: The toner particles 100 consist of a particulate body 4 comprising an agglutinate 40 obtained by melt-agglutinating a plurality of fine resin particles and an adhesive resin phase 42, and an external additive. The fine resin particles (agglutinate 40) consist mainly of a binder resin. The adhesive resin phase 42 consists mainly of an adhesive resin and is disposed in at least parts where fine resin particles are not agglutinated.
