PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin panel for a picture display, of which the thickness is reduced at a low cost and which is suitably used as a display part for an item requiring thinness such as a card and so on, and to provide a card, a sheet and a thin device using the same. SOLUTION: In the panel for the picture display which is constructed by sealing a group 3 of particles or a powder and granular material between substrates 1, 2 of which at least one is transparent and which are placed opposite to each other, and which displays a picture by applying an electric field to the group of the particles or to the powder and granular material and making the group or the material move, at least the transparent substrate 1, 2 is composed of a resin material, and at the same time, connection between an electrode and other circuits, which are mounted on the substrate, is applied by using an anisotropic conductive adhesive which does not require heating at high temperature.
