PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag whose tear-off part is easily torn off from a top face for easily putting an article therein and taking out the article therefrom. SOLUTION: This packaging 31 bag for storing an article is provided on the top face 33 of a box shaped packaging bag body 32 with the first perforation 34 formed along the outer periphery of the top face and a tear-off part 36 forming an opening 35 on the top face by being torn off from the top face along the first perforation. The tear-off part is formed with the second perforation 37 for making it possible to divide the tear-off part at least into two. The top face is formed with pull-up parts 39, 39 for making it possible for the tear-off part to be pulled up from the top face in tearing off the tear-off part. The center of the second perforation is formed protrusive protruding toward one side face and the other side face of the main body. The protrusive top face forms the pull-up parts 39, 39.
