The device has a register unit to store refresh information of data stored in banks. A clock generator (320) generates a sync clock for performing a refresh operation. A bank selector (340) selects a bank, which performs the refresh operation according to the refresh information and enables a row decoder corresponding to the selected bank. The refresh operation is performed with respect to all banks in a refresh mode. An independent claim is also included for a data storage method.
