<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a physical distribution controller capable of cutting a power supply without waiting for the completion of all conveying instructions to facilitate maintenance. <P>SOLUTION: When instructions for forced shutoff of the physical distribution controller are made from the operation terminal of the physical distribution controller, the physical distribution controller stops without waiting for the completion of conveying instructions. When a power source is turned on, the physical distribution controller communicates with local controllers to receive reports on stock states of all cassettes and process states of the conveying instructions, and overwrites the stock files and conveying lists of the physical distribution controller with the data of the local controllers. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
