CONDUCTIVE SHEETLIKE ELASTOMER AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive sheetlike elastomer together having various physical properties required in packing and conductivity sufficient to prevent charging and excellent in mass productivity. SOLUTION: This conductive sheetlike elastomer is composed of a sheetlike elastic substrate 12 and a conductive layer 16 formed at least on one side of the sheetlike elastic substrate 12 by metallizing one side of the sheetlike elastic substrate 12. The conductive layer 16 is constituted so as to be transferred to the sheetlike elastic substrate 12 in a laminar state by laminating the metal vapor-deposited on a separately prepared base material 18 at least on one side of the sheetlike elastic substrate 12 and subsequently removing the base material 18.
