PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolytic capacitor having a small size, high capacity, low ESR, and good LC performance. SOLUTION: In a solid electrolytic capacitor that is coated with a capacitor element with a dielectric oxide film layer, a semiconductor layer, and a conductor layer stacked successively on the surface of a valve action metal connected with an anode lead or the sintered body of a conductive oxide, this invention is concerned with: the solid electrolytic capacitor having the semiconductor layer thickness of 5μm or less in the vicinity of the anode lead connecting point of the sintered body surface that is connected with the anode lead, a small size, high capacity, low ESR, and good LC performance; and an electronic circuit and an electronic apparatus using the solid electrolytic capacitor.
