PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent flow of magnetic flux from being impeded at a return path as much as possible when a port for leading out the winding of a claw-pole motor is formed in the return path of a stator. SOLUTION: Since ports 42 and 43 for leading out windings 34, 35A-35D, 36 contained in annular slots 37 and 38 formed between stator rings 31, 32 and 33 laminated in the axial direction are formed in the return paths 31a, 32a and 33a of the stator rings in the regions of the return paths 31a, 32a and 33a facing the radial outside of the annular slots 37 and 38 and deviating from the region defined by teeth 31b, 32b and 33b adjoining in the circumferential direction, flow of magnetic flux can be prevented from being impeded by the winding lead-out ports 42 and 43 while facilitating lead-out of lead wires a-m from the annular slots 37 and 38 and lowering of motor output can be minimized.
