PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure an actual size of an optional object (subject) included in a photographed image by analyzing the photographed image, even when the image is a photographed image photographed without being focused to the subject of the size measuring object. SOLUTION: A CPU 1 calculates image sizes in every measuring object and reference object by analyzing a monitor image, under the condition where the measuring object of the size measuring object is assigned within the monitor image photographed by a camera photographing part 7, where an image of a reference object compared with the measuring object is assigned, and where respective distances from a lens position measured by a distance sensor 9 to the measuring object and the reference object, and an actual size of the reference object are acquired.
