摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously secure both high reliability of a bearing and high energy efficiency in different operating conditions, in a scroll compressor. SOLUTION: The scroll compressor is provided with a non-orbiting scroll member 1, an orbiting scroll member 2 forming a suction chamber 6 or a compression chamber 200 through orbiting motion by intermeshing with the non-orbiting scroll member 1, a back pressure chamber 4 imparting to the scroll member a pressing force against the non-orbiting scroll member, a back pressure chamber fluid inflow means flowing fluid into the back pressure chamber in order to maintain the back pressure which is the pressure of the back pressure chamber 4, and a back pressure fluid outflow means flowing the inflow fluid into the suction chamber 6 or the compression chamber 200. The back pressure chamber fluid outflow means comprises in a tandem arrangement a back pressure control valve 100 controlling the differential pressure before and after, a throttle flow passage 101, and an intermittent flow passage 102 intermittently communicating by the orbiting motion of the orbiting scroll member 2, in a back pressure chamber fluid outflow passage connecting the back pressure chamber 4 and the suction chamber 6 or compression chamber 200.
