PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a detergent composition that prevents clothes composed of various fibers comprising hydrophobic fibers from accumulating stains even by repetition of wearing and washing and effectively exhibits softening performance by a softening agent. SOLUTION: This detergent composition comprises (a) an enzyme having≥20% surface coverage on mud and (b) a polymer compound having≥10% surface coverage on a hydrophobic fiber fabric.
