PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an image quality showing a high quality level by reducing "connection stripes" which are generated in a band borderline part. SOLUTION: In this inkjet recording device, an image is recorded, in the unit of a band, on an image recording material, using a connected head constituted of a plurality of head tips N, N-1, each having a plurality of discharge apertures for discharging an ink, juxtaposed in a discharge aperture arrangement direction. In addition, the band borderline part where one band is superposed over the other band, is formed of ink droplets discharged from different head tips N, N-1. Further, a temperature is detected per heater board mounted on each head tip N, N-1 and the ink discharge is adjusted per discharge aperture based on the detected temperature.
