PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the slackening of a tape at use and the pasting of a self-adhering seal in a case from developing by tensing the take-up tension of the tape in a transferer for pasting the self-adhering seal from a self-adhering seal tape to a surface to be transferred. SOLUTION: In the self-adhering seal transferer 1A, which is equipped with a reeling-off reel 3, about which the self-adhering seal tape 30 with a plurality of the self-adhering seals 32 temporarily pasted at predetermined intervals facing its self-adhering surface towards outside onto a base material tape 31 is wound facing its self-adhering surface towards outside, a transfer head 10A for pressing the self-adhering seal tape 30 drawn out of the reeling-off reel 3 against a surface S to be transferred and a take-up reel 6 for taking up the self-adhering seal tape 30 after the transferring of the self-adhering seal 32 to the surface S to be transferred and further in which a feed pulley 4 provided coaxially with the feed reel 3 and a take-up pulley 7 provided coaxially with the take-up reel 6 are connected with each other through a belt 9, the initial rotational ratio and the final tensional transmissional ratio between the take-up reel 6 and the reeling-off reel 3 are set to lie within a specified range.
