PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester film laminated material having high processability with respect to a container, improved in the hue or transparency of a film part, causing no deformation of a container even after high temperature heat cooking due to an electronic oven, an oven or the like, not causing taste holdability or smell transfer even if used in the preservation or cooking of food and also excellent in appearance because a printing part free from fogging is obtained even in a case looked through a film layer, and a polyester laminated paper container using it. SOLUTION: This polyester film laminated material is constituted by laminating a polyester film (A) with an in-plane refractive index difference (▵n) of below 0.10, which comprises a polyester (1) containing a butylene terephthalate repeating unit as a main component and containing 1-100 ppm of a titanium compound as a titanium atom, at least on one side of a paper base material (C) through an adhesive layer (B). The polyester laminated paper container is constituted by subjecting the laminated material to molding processing so that at least a surface coming into contact with content thereof becomes the layer of the polyester film (A).
