PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clothes drying apparatus with a telescopic support part to be set in a place with difference in level such as steps, to provide a clothes drying device with a support part to be propped on a ceiling and fixed on steps, to provide a clothes drying device with a folding support arm and a temporary mounting part for temporarily mounting a bar when the folding support arm is not used, to provide a support part to be fixed to a handrail of steps, and to effectively use the upper part of steps. SOLUTION: The problems can be solved by providing the telescopic support part and the support arm part capable of holding a clothes drying bar horizontally in steps with any difference in level.
