PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting board with improved draining capability to hardly slip for solving a problem of a conventional cutting board wherein the cooking surface is slick and slippery so that the cooking is not easy. SOLUTION: The cutting board for cooking meat, fish, vegetables and fruits, etc. has a plurality of draining and slippage preventive grooves extending in the direction orthogonally crossing the direction of cutting with a cooking knife on the cooking surface or both side surfaces of the cutting board.
