PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless radio identification device for grasping the present traffic state. SOLUTION: The device comprises a receiving part 1 for receiving radio waves from a plurality of emergency vehicles, a control part 2 for specifying the kinds of emergency vehicles from the received radio waves, and identifying, on receipt of radio waves from the plurality of emergency vehicles within a predetermined time difference, the traffic state according to the combination of the kinds of emergency vehicles, a display part 3 for displaying the identified traffic state, and a sound reporting part 4 for reporting this traffic state also by voice.
