PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noxious insect-attracting and exterminating device capable of automatically attracting and exterminating the noxious insects parasitizing to plants, sucking nutrition, inhibiting the growth of the plants and infecting pathogenic bacteria, without using an agrochemical or insecticide and also eliminating the troublesome works of picking up and killing the insects one by one by human hands by utilizing the habit of the insects. SOLUTION: This noxious insect-attracting and exterminating device is constituted by installing a vertical wall (2) on a bottom plate (1), an inclined brim (3) on the vertical wall and a hole (4) for inserting a piece of a string at the inclined brim (3) and fixing a piece of a string (6) for hanging at the hole (4) for inserting the piece of the string (6) for hanging and coloring the whole parts by coloring a color which the insects like.
