PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize the receiving operation of a transceiver diversity terminal. SOLUTION: When a base station system 200 performs radio communication with a transceiver diversity terminal, the base station system 200 extracts a receive response vector signal according to the number of antennae of a terminal device from a transmission signal of the terminal device. For each terminal device, one, which is relatively new in time, out of the receiving response vector signals is stored under management as a first receiving response vector and one, which is relatively old in time, is stored under management as a second receive response vector. Then, the base station system 200 generates a transmission weight signal for enlarging a transmission gain and turning up directivity for the first receiving response vector of the terminal device to be transmitted and for reducing the transmission gain and restricting the directivity for the second receive response vector of the same terminal device and a first receive response vector and a second receive response vector of another terminal device.
